Meet the Zips

Each Zip owns one job and works on it by itself, then reports back to Zero and to you.

What Can a Zip Do?

Here are a few Zips people start with. You can make a Zip for any job you want off your plate.

Zero

Your first Zip and the one you talk to. Zero keeps track of what every other Zip is doing and hands each job to the right one.

Bills

Keeps track of what you owe. Bills reads bill emails, tells you what is due and when, and asks before it pays anything.

Calendar

Finds time for the people you see. Calendar reads your schedule, suggests times that work, and drafts the invite for you to send.

School

Keeps up with class. School tracks quizzes and due dates, reads the course pages, and helps you plan the night before.

Clients

Stays on top of client email. Clients spots replies that need you and drafts answers you can send with one tap.

Money

Checks your accounts for you. Money signs in to your bank on its own browser and tells you where things stand.

Trips

Plans the details of a trip. Trips compares hotels and flights and brings back a short list.

Health

Keeps your appointments straight. Health finds a time for a checkup, reminds you before a visit, and asks before it books anything.

What Is a Zip?

A Zip is a helper with one job. It has its own name, its own character and its own computer, and it remembers what it learns about its job.

Zero is your first Zip and the one you talk to most. Zero keeps track of what every other Zip is doing.

Can I Make My Own Zip?

Yes. Tell Zero what you want help with, like a side business or a home project, and Zero sets up a Zip for it with a name and a character of its own.

How Do Zips Work Together?

Zero hands work to the right Zip, and Zips pass work to each other when a job crosses over. You see every handoff in the Work screen, and you only ever have to talk to one place.

How Do I Tell Zips Apart?

Each Zip has its own picture and its own sound, so a notification tells you who is writing before you read it. You can pick a different sound for any Zip.
